v To own YBL Vision, Values and Mission.
v Daily plasmapheresis activities as per the approved protocols and procedures.
v Maintain the documentation records for the day-to-day activities in plasmapheresis processes lab.
v Aware with the operation of heavy-duty machines like centrifuges, LAF and its CIP in place.
v Responsible for maintaining the required chemicals and reagents stock used in the lab.
v Responsible for the maintaining the plasma stock statement.
v Any job activity assigned by Farm manager.
v Responsible for regulatory audits.
v Build a strong co-ordination with the Para vet team and Associates for smooth functioning of Bleeding and
plasma separation activities.
v Any other activities related to smooth functioning of YBL.
